Detailed description
1. TPR: Thermoplastic Elastomer, also known as Thermoplastic Rubber, is a polymer material that combines the characteristics of rubber and thermoplastic plastics. It exhibits high elasticity at room temperature and can be plasticized at high temperatures. It is also the third generation of rubber after natural rubber and synthetic rubber, abbreviated as TPE or TPR. It has the characteristics of fast processing and forming, high labor productivity, and easy recycling.
2. EVA: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate, a lightweight and elastic chemical synthetic substance. This material currently mainly combines with rubber or forms sole separately. Its processing techniques include primary foaming (commonly used in outsole and midsole) and secondary foaming molding (now MD midsole). It has the characteristics of lightweight, elasticity, and good seismic performance.
3. RB: Mainly refers to natural rubber, synthetic rubber, etc., which are the main raw materials for making shoe sole materials. It has functions such as wear resistance and anti slip.
4. PU: Polymer polyurethane synthetic material, divided into polyester type and polyether type. A durable material often used in the midsole of the sole and sole, providing cushioning and shock resistance. It is also used separately as a sole, mainly for foamed PU, which is widely used and characterized by lighter weight and wear resistance compared to rubber.
5. PVC: Polyvinyl chloride, with a light yellow translucent color and a glossy appearance. This material can be processed into shoe soles through injection molding (injection molding) process, with modified and unmodified options. Currently, it is mainly used in the production of low-end shoes in the domestic market.
